Terms of Service & Purchase Terms

These terms describe the MotionForge digital product, its permitted use, purchase process, delivery, and customer support.
The storefront at pohonpisang.fun is operated under the Pohon Pisang brand. Product and purchase questions can be sent to admin@pohonpisang.fun.
1. Product and requirements
MotionForge — Premium Website Effects Pack is a downloadable collection of 100 HTML, CSS, and optional vanilla JavaScript effects, standalone examples, a searchable gallery, an integration guide, and a commercial end-product license. It is source material for building websites, not a hosted application or a custom development service.
You need a modern browser and basic HTML/CSS knowledge to use and adapt the files. No React, Vue, or Figma editions, backend, payment integration, future updates, or custom integration services are included unless separately stated in the product listing. Check the previews and product description before purchasing.
2. Price and checkout
The advertised pack price is US$199 as a one-time purchase, with no MotionForge subscription. The checkout page displays the final payable amount, currency, and any applicable tax before payment. The offer shown at checkout applies to that order.
The current buy buttons direct you to Gumroad, which handles the checkout and digital delivery under its applicable terms and privacy policy.
If a purchase is offered through Creem, Creem acts as merchant of record for that transaction and its Buyer Terms apply alongside these product terms. The provider shown at checkout identifies the service handling your payment. These terms do not override the checkout provider’s applicable terms or your mandatory consumer rights.
3. Digital delivery and access
The product is delivered as a digital ZIP after the checkout provider confirms payment. For the current Gumroad checkout, use the download or access link supplied through Gumroad and the purchase email. No physical item is shipped. Keep your receipt and provide an email address you can access.
If the download link is missing, the archive is damaged, or you cannot access a paid purchase, contact admin@pohonpisang.fun with your order reference and a description of the issue. We will investigate and help restore access or arrange an appropriate remedy.
4. License and ownership
A legitimate purchaser may adapt and use the included effects in unlimited personal and commercial client end-product websites. A client may receive incorporated source needed to operate and maintain their finished website. No attribution is required in the finished end product.
You may not redistribute, share, resell, sublicense, or publish the toolkit or a substantially equivalent collection as a standalone effects pack, UI library, template-stock item, public source repository, or competing download. Ownership of the toolkit is not transferred. The included LICENSE.txt provides the detailed product license; the license and description presented at the time of purchase apply to that purchase.
5. Refunds and purchase issues
For non-delivery, duplicate billing, corrupted files, or a product that materially differs from its description, contact admin@pohonpisang.fun with the purchase reference and relevant details. We assess requests according to the problem, the terms applicable to the order, the checkout provider’s procedures, and mandatory law. Refund processing takes place through the provider that handled the payment.
Nothing on this page removes a statutory refund, conformity, or withdrawal right. Where the law requires separate consent for immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledgement of a change to a withdrawal right, that consent must be obtained in the applicable checkout process; this page alone does not provide it.
6. Integration and support
You are responsible for adapting the code, checking rights to any content you add, and testing your completed website for accessibility, performance, browser compatibility, and security. Demo loading states and business actions are illustrative. Purchase support covers access, delivery, billing questions, and product issues; custom implementation and a guaranteed response time are not included.
7. Availability, liability and changes
The files are supplied in the condition described in the product listing. We do not promise that every effect will suit every browser, project, or device. Any limits on warranties or liability apply only to the extent permitted by law and do not exclude mandatory consumer protections or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
These terms may change for future use or purchases. Updates do not retroactively remove the license or mandatory rights attached to an existing purchase. Contact us first with concerns so that we can try to resolve them.
