This policy explains how Pohon Pisang handles information in connection with the MotionForge storefront at pohonpisang.fun, digital purchases, and customer support.
Pohon Pisang is the storefront brand and product provider. For privacy questions, contact admin@pohonpisang.fun.
Information involved
- Website requests: our hosting provider, Netlify, processes technical request information such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, referring page, and request time to deliver and secure the website.
- Purchases: when you follow a purchase link, the checkout provider collects the information needed to process the transaction. We may receive buyer email, product, order reference, and payment or refund status to deliver purchases and assist customers. We do not collect card numbers through this storefront.
- Support: if you email us, we receive your email address, the contents of your message, and any order details or attachments you choose to provide. Please do not send passwords or full payment-card details.
Website previews, cookies and analytics
The interactive effect previews run in your browser. The current storefront does not add advertising trackers, an analytics script, a registration form, or a mailing-list form. Its demo interactions do not send pointer movements or preview activity to us. This does not prevent the hosting provider from processing ordinary website requests.
External checkout websites and your email service may use their own cookies or similar technologies. Their privacy and cookie notices apply when you use them.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to deliver products, verify purchases, respond to product-access and billing questions, resolve errors or disputes, protect against misuse, and maintain required business records. Where a legal basis is required, the relevant basis may be fulfilling a purchase or support request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, compliance with legal obligations, or consent where applicable.
Service providers and checkout
Netlify hosts the storefront. Email-service providers process support correspondence. Checkout providers process transactions under their own notices. We share relevant information with providers only as needed for these purposes, or where disclosure is legally required.

Retention, location and security
We keep order and support information for as long as needed to fulfil purchases, resolve issues, and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. The appropriate period depends on the record and any applicable legal requirement. Hosting, checkout, and email providers may process information in other countries under their own arrangements.
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee complete security. We do not sell personal information or use support messages for advertising profiles.
Your choices and requests
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of your information, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Email admin@pohonpisang.fun to make a request. We may need proportionate information to verify the request; legal record-keeping duties may limit deletion.
For information held independently by a checkout provider, you may also contact that provider directly. Where applicable, you may complain to your local data-protection authority.
Children and changes
The storefront is intended for people able to enter a purchase contract. Contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information to us. Material changes to this policy will be reflected in the updated date on this page.
